In this concert program the chamber choir ‚De 2de Adem’, conducted by composer Maarten Van Ingelgem, collaborates with the instruments of Aranis. Together they manage to captivate the audience with their music in such a way that one easily believes to be witnessing an auditive mirage.

Both minimal music, string quartet, jazz and folk and intertwined, producing a completely unique lyrical sound that immediately touches the listener emotionally. This is a fantasy world in which folk music, classical music and contemporary music are merged in a natural and subtle way. It is not difficult to see similarities between their work and that of Pink Floyd, Sigur Ros, Philip Glass and Wim Mertens.
