New Chansons CD from Wouter Vandenabeele

After the successful and poetic Chansons sans paroles (nominated for the Klara Music Awards 2007) and Chansons pour la fin d'un jour (with Emre Gültekin & Ertan Tekin) Wouter Vandenabeele presents the final part of the charming Chansons trilogy: Chansons pour le temps qui reste. For this new musical chapter Wouter gathered again brilliant people around him: the Liège poet, filmmaker, composer and pianist Erno Nossent, the excellent Ghent cellist Lode Vercampt and the young talented accordionist Sara Ghent Salvérius.

The instrumental 'chansons' are dreamy impressions of past tours and accidental encounters, in which the violin wanders as a fado singer: sometimes violent, sometimes dreamy. Music to enjoy at the end of the day, at twilight with a good glass of red wine, that moment when you let go of your thoughts to a country or a paradise where you (n)ever were. The CD appear on Homerecords.
